These shipping times are only for products that are in stock.
Please call 813-877-1997 for availability or for Next Day Saturday Delivery.

• We ship with UPS, but will also ship DHL, FedEx, or the USPS, if requested.
• Actual shipping charges may vary from the displayed charges. We will contact you if this is the case.
• In many cases we can ship your skates out the same day, if the order is placed before 2 PM EST. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours.
  If you order is urgent please call us at 813-877-1997.
  Shipment date is not guaranteed unless you call to confirm rush shipment.
• We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by weather, acts of God, security checks, or any situation that is beyond our or the couriers control.
• Shipping days start the day after it is able to be shipped (not necessarily the day the order is placed).
• Orders placed on Friday, the Weekend or on Holidays may not be shipped until Monday (or next business day).
• UPS Delivery Time is based on business days and do not include weekends.
• We ship within the United States. Shipping charges may vary for Alaska and Hawaii.  For International shipping please email us.
• We do not ship with Signature Required or add extra Insurance unless specifically requested. Additional fees may apply.
• We offer "Free Shipping" for most orders that total $100 or more, unless otherwise noted.
• Products that offer "Free Shipping" include UPS Ground shipping for the continental US only.
• For fastest service, orders may be split and shipped from different locations.
